Cultivate was founded in 2017 when Justin Bitner separated from his latest business venture, a large Fast Casual franchise. In the past year, Justin had successfully taken a business that was a single location, through the franchise process, built a scalable infrastructure and sold over 100 stores for the franchise. This placed the franchise as the largest player in that industry by volume of locations.

Coming off such a successful ramp up and looking for his next project, it dawned on him that his entire adult life has been spent being an entrepreneur.  Coming up with new start up concepts and then launching them into tangible businesses. Create. Execute. Cultivate. The skill set to accomplish this once, let alone over a dozen times is extremely rare. So Justin decided to found Cultivate and bring those skills to businesses who had a solid start but wanted to grow their business to the next level with expansion or franchising.
