Justin’s Barbershop is a New Jersey staple. With his first location in 2005, Justin has now franchised and has 7 units in New Jersey. In 2018, Cultivate has been Brough on for franchise sales and to aid in development of the franchise structure. In our short time with Justin’s, we have aided our client in:
- Streamlining a complete sales system
- Develop franchisee focused offerings
- Expanding training models for on site employees
- Most importantly, sold new franchise units for the brand!
