Marcello’s is one of the most unique full service restaurants in all of New Jersey. When it was re-opened in 2004 under the current ownership, Marcello’s is the jewel of Bordentown NJ. In 2018, Cultivate has been brought on to facilitate the refinement of the brand, and aid in the opening of a second flagship location that will be the model for Marcello’s eventual franchise offering going forward. In our short time with Marcello’s, we have begun to focus on:
- Editing down their menu and operations for higher profitability
- Deploying new in depth training for all levels of operation
- Expanding catering and delivery options
- Bengin developing the operations, construction and training manuals for franchising
- Rebranding with improved marketing, website and social
- Negotiating with landlords for the newest location
- CAD design for the most effective layout in the new location
- Obtaining new national and specialty distributors
- Bringing on Franchise Legal Team
